Farm, Forest & Peak
Every dish at Haven & Crest begins with ingredients sourced within 100 kilometres — from Valais dairy farms to alpine herb gardens cultivated at 2,000 metres. Chef Laurent transforms these treasures into menus that honour tradition while embracing innovation.
Our sommelier curates one of Switzerland's deepest collections of Valais wines, including verticals of Petite Arvine and Cornalin that cannot be found outside the region.

The Crest Restaurant
Chef Laurent's seasonal tasting menus celebrate Swiss terroir with modern technique. Five or seven courses paired with rare Valais wines in a candlelit room overlooking the Matterhorn.

Alpine Terrace
From a leisurely alpine breakfast to après-ski platters, the terrace serves relaxed mountain fare with unbeatable views. Open-air seating in summer, glass-enclosed warmth in winter.

The Cellar Bar
A curated selection of over 300 Swiss and international wines, craft cocktails, and artisanal cheese boards. The vaulted stone cellar dates back to the original 1890s chalet.
